The protection of your personal data is essential to Tentation. In accordance with this philosophy, we would like to inform you about our privacy policy and the way we collect your data by intermediary of the following section.

We will regularly keep you informed as to changes brought to the processing of your personal data via our website or through any other usual communication lines.

WHEN DOES OUR PRIVACY POLICY COMES INTO PLAY?

Our privacy policy is applied on tentation.store and on the whole of its online initiatives that process personal data (“our media platforms”), i.e. their websites, pages, accounts on social media, games/lottery. As a result, our privacy policy does not apply on third party websites, including those eventually mentioned on our media platforms through the intermediary of links.

Finally, you can make a written request to delete all your personal data in our possession. However, please note that we may keep records of your data for archiving purposes, notably when we are required to do so by the law.

DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

As stated in our privacy policy and providing that we have obtained your prior consent, we may transmit personal data to other employees of Tentation or to our service providers (for instance, our web agency who manages a certain amount of online operations on our behalf) and/or to our partners for aforementioned purposes, and solely within the limits of what’s necessary to fulfill the tasks they have been given.

Please note that we strictly and carefully require of our service providers that they use your personal data solely to perform the services they were asked to fulfill. We also require of them to always operate in conformity to the applicable laws regarding personal data protection and to specifically pay attention to the confidentiality of these data. 

WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Your personal data are either stored in our data bases or in the data bases of our service providers. These data bases are stored on servers located in the European Union.

DO WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA?

In order to optimize the quality of service, there is a possibility that the communicating of information such as mentioned above may include personal data transfers outside of the European Economic Area. In this case, physical, organizational, procedural, and technical measures relative to the staff are rigorously and appropriately taken to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data.
